Michael Jackson Items; go on Display in London~ October 26, 2009
The King of pop’s glove will go on Display in London later this week.
The exhibit opens Wednesday and includes one of the late singer’s Rolls-Royces, some of his signature gloves and sequined jackets and a contract from his early days with the Jackson 5.
The sold-out shows were canceled after Jackson’s sudden death in June.
The exhibition at London’s 02 Bubble arena includes more than 250 items from Jackson’s personal estate. It includes a crystal-studded hat and other items never before shown to the public.

Document your exercise and diet plan- Keep track of what you eat on a daily basis. Begin with a sensible breakfast. Skipping breakfast will lower your metabolism not allowing you to burn the proper amount of calories. You should eat light during dinner reducing the amount you intake before bed. Remember to tell your doctor before beginning.
